Greetings and hello all. I’ve been on a weight gain journey for about a year now, in the first half I gained 20 pounds but since then, although my diet has been the same (eating smaller meals at more frequent times) I’ve noticed that I’ve sort of… stopped… I was wondering if there is a way to get past this obstacle.
